Momoh-Jimah Oyarekhua is the Founder and Managing Director of OMSA Integrated Services Limited and Chairman of OPAC Refineries. With over 18 years of experience in providing oilfield support services to both local and international oil companies, he has established himself as a leading figure in the Nigerian petroleum products and bunker fuel supply industry. 

In 2017, Mr. Oyarekhua championed the investment in OPAC Refineries, Nigeria’s premier modular refinery project based in Kwale, Delta State. This initiative underscores his commitment to enhancing local capacity and boosting the availability of petroleum products in Nigeria.
